The bed in the room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The air conditioning operated quietly. Breakfast had a commendable variety, catering to different tastes. Accessing public transport required assistance, as the location wasn't as convenient as expected.

Appreciated its hard-working and well-trained staff.
The location in a fantastic area was perfect and convenient and there were shopping centres and a main market nearby. There was a comfortable restaurant approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. I asked for a superior king room and the one given was brand-new and silent. The breakfast was above average with noodles and European food, as for instance, no reason to complain.

The breakfast area was fantastic with lavish choices, especially the omelet and soup rice noodle which were delicious! I really enjoyed the relaxing massage service. it was a perfect way to unwind after a long day. Just be cautious as the road to the hotel was quite dark and I wouldn’t recommend walking alone at night. I would consider returning, but I hope they improve the check-in process.

The room was super comfy, and I loved hitting the rooftop pool for some sun and relaxation. I also enjoyed some amazing massages at the spa that really helped me unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the shuttle service took a bit longer than expected, but it didn't take away from my experience 🌞
